Sauk Prairie Healthcare is Hiring a Medical Staff Coordinator (Full Time) Near Prairie, WI
Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Wednesday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Other hours may be required to meet operational needs. This position is hybrid position (partially remote and partially in the office).

We are seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator to:
- Facilitate all aspects of provider credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, credential audits, as well as clinical privileging for the Medical Staff.
- Collaborate with leadership to support Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) for providers.
- Manage medical staff meetings including preparation of agendas, assembly, and distribution of meeting packets, attending the meeting, recording actions, and authoring the minutes.
- Maintain Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and procedures. Coordinates required review and updates with Medical Staff Leadership and hospital Administration.

Education:
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or other closely related field.
Work Experience:
Preferred – 3 years of credentialing/medical staff services experience in a healthcare environment.
Sauk Prairie Healthcare’s Locations – Sauk Prairie Healthcare has locations across southwest Wisconsin. Our Hospital Campus, Wellspring Campus and three surgical specialty practices are located in Prairie du Sac. Our primary care clinics are located in Mazomanie, Plain, Spring Green and Lodi.
